In 2023, Fitz Builds founder Cameron took a monumental step in his quest for self-improvement and business excellence. While juggling the responsibilities of the business and family, he decided to pursue a Level 5 Diploma in Small Business & Project Management. This decision was a testament to his unwavering commitment to pushing himself to be better in every aspect of his professional life

Cameron Fitzpatrick
LBP - Director of Fitzbuild
With my LBP and Level 5 Diploma in Small Business & Project Management, I've not only improved efficiency and effectiveness but also elevated client satisfaction to new heights. My genuine passion for creating these high-end projects continues to fuel my journey, and now, with the added expertise in project management, I am exceptionally well-equipped to deliver exceptional results to my clients.
Outside of work, Family is the center of my life! With being apart of a big, blended family with five kids, and being called 'dad' is a huge badge of honor. Sports and outdoor adventures took over my weekends, with netball, football, dance, and sports training filling my weekdays.
Michael Burgess-Moloney
Lead Foreman
Meet Michael Burgess-Maloney, a cornerstone of Fitz Build from the very beginning. Starting as an apprentice carpenter, Michael's dedication and passion have propelled him to the role of a lead foreman, specializing in high-end architectural masterpieces.
Beyond the construction site, Michael and his partner, Libby, share the joys of parenthood with their beautiful daughter, Hunter, while he lovingly plays the role of a step-dad to Oliver, fondly known as 'Ollie.' Michael embodies the values of hard work, honesty and reliability - qualities that have been pivotal in his journey.
Tiaki Carroll
Qualified Carpenter
Tiaki has been a dedicated member of FitzBuild Ltd since the age of 16, and is now a qualified carpenter at 24. Over the years, he's relentlessly pursued his passion for building and worked his way up to securing a building apprenticeship with us. Outside of work, Tiaki is a family man through and through. His two kids, Milah and Mikaere, keep him on his toes. Tiaki's weekends are often dedicated to the art of the Sunday BBQ, a tradition he holds dear. Tiaki's journey from a young labourer to a skilled carpenter is a testament to his commitment and enthusiasm. He brings the same dedication and spirit to everything he does, both on the job site and in his cherished family moments.

Meet Willow, our energetic four-legged ambassador at FitzBuild Ltd. At the youthful age of 7, she has been a part of our daily shenanigans since the early days of our company. With her unwavering loyalty and boundless enthusiasm, Willow has seamlessly integrated herself into our daily routines. Willow's a pro at turning empty coffee cups into her personal entertainment, proving that sometimes, the simplest joys are the best. Willow's contributions, though unconventional, are immeasurable, embodying the values of loyalty and companionship. She brings laughter, love and vitality to the FitzBuild family every single day 🐾
