44 Percy Street
Transform any space with a clean design.
Percy Street was a recent completed renovation where the client was living on site. By replacing the kitchen and transforming the living area, we were able to lift the interior and create a clean and functional modern design.
With the addition of a beautiful timber deck to soak in the sun, the outside area is now the perfect place for entertaining and hosting.
Arrowtown - New Build
Built with historical thought in mind.
For this project, we went for a classic yet cozy feel by using a standard timber kit insulated construction, along with an external board and batten look. To give it a touch of history and local flavor, we added a schist stone veneer, paying homage to Arrowtown heritage.
All these design choices were a result of great communication between us, the architects, and our client. The end result? A beautiful family home that’s ready to make lasting memories for years to come.

It is with pleasure that we provide a recommendation for Fitz Build. We added a master bedroom, ensuite, and walk in robe to our existing two storey home. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with their approach. Cameron really listened to our brief and provided excellent advice. His final design was outstanding. The management of the design, consent and contract process was seamless and stress-free with clear instructions from the team at Fitz Build and very little effort required from us.
Cameron also has the cutest dog ever, would recommended giving pats too.

Had these guys come through and build a full deck right round the front side of my house with inbuilt planter boxes and turned my turned my once small dark kitchen and turned it into an open plan flow into my dinning room these guys are amazing not only with their communication but with their friendliness I highly recommend.
